update from 2.4.12 to 2.5.10

Hi I have SmartSoft version I updated from version 2.4.12 to 2.5.10 and Capture runs correctly, but does not connect itself to Smartsoft. I don't see the SmartSoft Universes and the "external universe" page shows the message "searching" ... In my pc nothing has changed. I noticed that reinstalling the version 2.4.12, Capture works again and connecets immediately with smartsoft and smartfadeML. can you help me? thanks gilberto foschi

Hi Gilberto!

You are right - I can confirm this as a bug! I'm afraid there is no workaround either. We have fixed it for version 2.6 of Capture now, but are unsure whether to merge it into 2.5 and do a bug fix release. More information will follow!

could you tell me when we can update to version 2.6? In fact, I can say that version 2.5 is much faster than the 2.4 and I regret not being able to use

sorry ,but have you forgotten that version 2.5 does not work with SmartFade? is a month from the bug report What should I do?

Hi Gilberto,

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. We are releasing 2.6 tomorrow which contains a fix for this issue, which is the reason we haven't released a 2.5 bugfix release!
