I am using the Eos family offline editor and having trouble connecting. I have checked my settings in both Capture and the Ion editor no luck.. I am running OSX, and have been able to get it working in PC. Any tips greatfully received.

Thanks for the response Lars, On the PC we used automatic and it worked, on the Mac we tried automatic and airport no luck, tried plugging it in to an ETC network in case it needed to see ethernet to create a feed back loop.. no luck. Just today ETC released the latest version of the Ion Offline editor and unfortunately the same thing, I even tried the compatibility mode with no success...?? thanks in advance ferg

Hi Lars, I have upgraded to the newest Capture as well as the Ion software. the network protocols are ACN, Net2, ArtNet, I also have checked draft sACN (0.2) I checked with the ETC people who were training at the Sydney Opera House and they felt I was doing it OK. I suspect there is a Mac network thing I should do but have exhausted very trick I know .. haven't given up yet! cheers ferg
