Hello, I've problem to open the library. I'm using MacBook, Version 10.5.6. I've followed this :"To install Capture, download the zip file, decompress it and place the application where you wish. To update the library, download the c2a file and use the Upgrade library feature in the Tools menu of Capture." But when I'm trying to opening the file, I just got the message: "Failed to update the library - check your permissions". I've set the file to read and write.

Hi truls1502,

This would typically indicate that you do not have the permissions required to modify contents in /Library on your harddisk!

No, I'm admin at the computer and, I've just open for "everyone", it's mean everybody can go to /Library and /home/users/myaccount/Library, but the same problem. But I don't hope language is problem because I've norwegian at my computer, not english.

Do you have other solutions, or more details about the last soulution?

We will have to investigate this a bit further. However I'm uncertain whether maybe there's a misunderstanding / lack of clarity on the website as it's not necessary to upgrade the library unless you have specifically requested something that was missing and we have notified you to do so! If you start Capture, does the "Library" tab appear empty?
