Complete Vista Home Premium Incompatibilty

Hi,

I recently purchased a blulite x1 with capture 2005 and it starts fine. However, when i go File>New I receive an error message which reads: A problem caused the program to stop working. Windows will close the program.

Then it shuts and i try again and the same thing happens.

Any idea's?

Hi Joe,

When it crashes immediately when you hit New or Open, that is usually a sign that OpenGL is not operating correctly on your machine. Have you installed any graphics card drivers yet or is Windows simply using the default from the Windows installation?

Hi Joe,

In that case you need to install the proper graphics card drivers. I would recommend a direct download from NVidia or ATI!
