I'm sure I'm being an idiot, but I can't seem to make new layers in 6.5? Right clicking on "Layers" does nothing...

Can someone help an idiot?

v. 2.6.12

It'll be a while before you get to 6.5! Don't know where that came from!

Works here for me with 2.6.12. I take it you're on Windows, right? Which Windows version?

Windows 7.

I've tried with a clean new project, and I just can't create layers!
