DMX Input Failure

DMX Input Failure

I'm using the Enttec USB pro dongle to input DMX.

However it is deteched by Capture and assigned to Universe 1. But with a desk on the end no DMX seems to enter Capture.

If I run the Enttec Utility I can test the dongle and can see channels moving in the screen so I know the desk works.

Any Ideas???

Are you running any other application in the same machine that is also using the dongle? Please drop me a mail directly at lars@capturesweden.com if you haven't been able to resolve this issue!

Hi,
My Capture Polar doesn't recognise my Enttec USB DMX Pro. Capture 2005 and MagicQ PC does. It isn't appear in External universes list. Is this common issue? Someone else have same issue?

I have Windows XP SP3 in MacBook Pro, I tried both 1.44 and 2.3 firmware with USB DMX Pro. I also reinstalled driver for USB DMX Pro.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. Capture 2005 will see the DMX Pro but Capture Polar won't.
