The demo version is a fully functional Capture 2005 with no features removed except that you can't save any of your work. Run the MSI installation package to install.

Click on the icon to the left to download the Capture 2005 Demo / Upgrade. The latest release notes are available in the reference manual.

Library update

If you have requested fixtures or other objects that you were missing in the library, you will be directed to this page when an update is available. Do the following to update your library:

  • Download Library.cab and copy it to the Installation folder in your Capture 2005 installation folder, typically C:\Program Files\Capture 2005\Installation. When asked if you wish to replace the existing file, answer Yes.
  • In the same directory, run the Library.exe program. This program will then update your entire library.

Important! Only use the online library updates with the latest version of Capture.

CITP is an open protocol for integration of visualizers, controllers and media servers. It can be used to integrate Capture with a variety of products.

The protocol specification is maintained by Lars Wernlund.
